The Scientific Journal Hosting Service (SARC) was developed to facilitate the scientific journal management and to support best practices. To achieve this, the service is based on OJS – Open Journal System platform. The OJS is an open source software with a strong user’s community.

Similar with the SARI service, the SARC is supplied under SaaS (Software as a service). Despite the technical support the service provides publisher’s support running training sessions.
